But how do you recognize you market? You can hire a research company, or you can analyze the huge amount of data available through different resources. Big stores like Wal-Mart use their massive data to figure out what to sell and what not to sell. </p>
<p>The entire process of marketing and advertising is like, you gather data and analyze it, surrounding that data, and with your product or service in mind, you weave a story, through your story you interact with your customers and clients, and then after you have sold your product or service you make a connection, a permanent connection with your customers and clients so that you can keep on doing business with them. Since it may happen quite often you must find a solution to <strong>handle difficult customers</strong>. Sometimes the difficulty does not lie with the customer but with the person providing the service or the product so you have to keep that angle to in your mind while trying to figure out why a particular customer is so bothersome?&nbsp; Maybe there is no communication or whatever little communication you have it is totally misdirected.
<p>Before labeling a customer as a &#8220;difficult customer&#8221; try to find the answer and see if the situation can be improved. Remember that one disgruntled customer can make scores of prospective customers avoid you. So before jumping to conclusions analyze what you can do at your end.

<p>OK, this guy sold acorns on eBay. You may derive your own lessons from this incident, but what I learn is that no matter how silly an idea seems, if you feel strongly about it, just go ahead and implement it.</p>
