You can download Google pacman for free. If you missed the excitement recently Google celebrated the 20 years of Pacman by converting its logo into a playable pacman game. If you closely see the maze in the above image, you can see it’s in the shape of Google. All you had to do was, click the “Insert the coin” button and the game would enliven.
Sadly, the logo disappeared after rekindling people’s memories of those extremely simply but highly engaging DOS games. Oh, in case you’re on Ubuntu and you want to enjoy the good old DOS games here’s how you can play DOS games on Ubuntu using DOSBox.
Although Google has removed the pacman logo from its home page, you can still download the game onto your computer for free and play it. Just head over to http://github.com/macek/google_pacman and click “Download Source”.
After downloading — either ZIP file or TAR file — you can uncompress it in a folder where you store all your killer DOS games. All you have to do is double click the index.html file and the game starts.
