Being a leader is very crucial when you have an idea or a dream and you need to guide people around you to reach the goal. But you cannot simply become a leader by desiring it or by being arrogant. Leadership qualities stem from a desire to help people grow, to make them walk not behind you but by your side, and by respecting and encouraging them.
