Are you sick of the way your life is turning out to be? Or are you simply bored or unsatisfied the way things are shaping up or not happening? You need to change your life, or at least the perception of it. Your life is what you think it is. Well, it doesn’t mean that if you are a pauper then thinking like a millionaire will turn you into a millionaire. But your thinking can really change your life, and it can change it forever. It is not about thinking positively if you are optimistic or negatively if you are pessimistic, it is about thinking constructively. By simply deciding to change your life, and acting upon your thoughts, you can drastically change your life. It doesn’t need to be revolutionary; just bring changes to small things. What about exercising regularly? You never seem to sustain the habit and often give up after a few days, or at the most after a few weeks. This happens because you get carried away and put too much effort into it. Decide for yourself: is exercising for an hour for a few weeks better or exercising for 10 minutes for a longer time?
