Do you want to create or write your own ebook? Although, I’m a big fan of conventional books, these days I prefer reading ebooks because one, they don’t destroy the trees and to on my laptop they are easier to read, especially the technical and reference books.
There was a time when I use to hear a lot about ebooks but then I don’t know what happened because all of a sudden I stopped hearing about them. Then recently I purchased Aaron’s SEO ebook and now suddenly I’m coming across many links the talk about creating and promoting ebooks. Recently Brian said on his blog that an ebook can be a good source of alternative, passive income.
I too believe it is easier to write, publish, promote, and then sell your ebook. You don’t even have to contact an agent are a publishing company. You simply write it and use some software like some PDF creator and start selling the ebook straight from your website. As I mentioned above, technical and reference ebooks do great business and you don’t even have to spend the money re-publishing them. This link tells you how to create or write your own ebook.

After you have created you own eBook you can convert it in pdf format, using any of the tools widely available on the internet (you could use open office for example). You can upload the converted pdf on Kiqlo for free. If you register you can sell your item and it is 0% commission. Basically Kiqlo does not take any cut from you. When you register and upload automatically your profile and your blog are created.
