How to create pivot tables in Excel 2007
Creating pivot tables has always remained a mystery for me; I must confess I don’t even have an idea of what they actually do. But yes, I know their importance and I explored them recently while trying to develop a small, personal and management program before deciding to use the good old PHP/MySQL combination. I know that pivot tables can be used to organize large amounts of data so that it can be viewed in a more understandable manner. You can even define calculations and arrange rows and columns accordingly. TimeAtlas has an excellent blog post on how to create pivot tables in Excel 2007.
