How To Create Windows Vista style toolbar with CSS

This is kind of cool. I always find new ways of generating CSS menus interesting. Here’s a small article that teaches you how to create a Vista style toolbar with CSS, and some images of course. Why would you need a Vista style toolbar in the first place. Any ideas?
