How to deal with your negative attitude
Negativity is a great energy drainer. We can be negative about ourselves, and negative about others, and we can be negative also about the world in general: once the string starts it never ends. A negative attitude can stop us from doing everything and we can never reach our true potential if we are constantly thinking about negative things in life. To be frank yes life sucks most of the times and very often there are less things in life to cheer about but this is the outcome of our own actions and we don’t even realize that. The best way to deal with your negative attitude is to find a way to feel satisfied and happy easily. Mostly those people have a negative attitude who are always running for things and are never satisfied with whatever they have. It doesn’t mean you have lower expectations from life, it just means being happy in your current situation and aiming for higher goals with a positive attitude.
The first thing you can do is stop comparing yourself with others. Every individual is unique and so are you. Instead of wasting energy on thinking why other people succeed and you don’t you should start taking small steps and start working towards your larger goals. Also be aware of the proverbial "grass is greener on the other side" because most often it is not. Something that seems as critical as life right now may seem totally irrelevant after six months.
