How to design a Windows Vista style wallpaper

Now why would you have a Windows Vista style wallpaper if you don’t have Windows Vista and you never plan to have it? Nonetheless some people like that glassy look of Windows Vista elements. A few months ago we did a small blog post on creating a Windows Vista style toolbar and it is still getting traffic from search engines. Another blog post regarding Windows Vista style component is the one in which we talked about how to create a Windows Vista style button in Gimp. Imagine people creating Windows Vista kind of graphic designs in Ubuntu! Anyway here is tutorial that tells you how to design a Windows Vista style wallpaper.

I already have a screen designed in dreamweaver & I want to apply it as a wallpaper/background in vista like we do it for windows but I am not able to do that.Kindly tell how to go about it?
