When you gain customer loyalty, the loyal customer not only gives you work repeatedly, he or she also recommends you to his or her friends, colleagues and relatives.  He or she is always enthusiastic about the way you conduct your business.  A loyal customer becomes your evangelist and promotes your services whenever he or she gets the chance.
