A hangover is an inevitability in case you have had liberal doses of alcoholic beverages the last night. It is a terrible feeling when you wake up in the morning feeling all groggy, nauseated and with a throbbing headache. Hangover happens due to many reasons but the primary reasons are excessive dehydration, an onslaught of toxins into your body and an upset liver.
