We normally grow unhappy when we begin to compare ourselves with others and then develop complexes. We live in a sad world where constant comparisons are the norm of the day. People are perpetually comparing how much they have, how good they look, what sort of social circle they move in, what is their social status, etc. and if they are not satisfied, this constantly causes them distress.
