Although I don’t have a Mac I too have this problem with my PC and I’ve been too lazy to call up the computer guy to either fix the damn thing or get it replaced. Got a Mac and do CDs and DVDs get stuck in there occasionally and you feel like smashing the whole paraphernalia on the floor. Please don’t do that.
