How to take quick nap and feel fresh and energized

You should take a quick nap when you’re feeling drained and tired during the day. Although it depends a lot on your surroundings but if somehow you can manage then taking a quick nap can really boost your energy level and freshen you up. Just go somewhere you can lie, preferably a darker, quieter place where you can stay undisturbed for at least half-an-hour.
