You can achieve a lot if you get an early start and this means you need to learn how to wake-up early in the morning. Now this is quite rhetorical if getting up early means you’re not sleeping more. Logically you should be able to get up early if you go to bed early because ideally you need 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 hours of sleep every day.
