You can achieve a lot if you get an early start and this means you need to learn how to wake-up early in the morning. Now this is quite rhetorical if getting up early means you’re not sleeping more. Logically you should be able to get up early if you go to bed early because ideally you need 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 hours of sleep every day. But given current lifestyle it is often not very easy to go to bed early. The usual time these days is 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. After this if you want to wake-up at 6 in the morning it can prove to be a daunting task especially if most of your days are tiresome.

Nonetheless you can wake-up early in the morning by following certain routines and by focusing your thoughts on the important and exciting things that await you. While going to bed early is often helpful, if you want to wake-up early in the morning and somehow you are not able to do that you should get up the moment your alarm clock sets off. Don’t keep lying because then you may fall back to sleep. After getting up do something that physically rejuvenates you: it can be having a quick shower, going outside and taking deep breaths, taking your dog for a walk, talking to plants and trees and birds and planning your day, listening to your favorite music, spending some time with your child if he or she is up; the point is do something that is really positive.
