As you start using your Android smartphone or tablet you will be adding your various accounts to it, for instance Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, or Dropbox, just to name a few. But how do you remove one of these accounts, as the option is not easily viewable when you try to do that.
It’s very easy. Just go to the Settings and then from your left column, scroll down to “Accounts”.
Tap on the account that you would like to remove from your Android smartphone or tablet and on the right-hand side appear all the specifications related to that account. There might be multiple accounts associated with a single heading. For instance if you have multiple Gmail or Google accounts they all will be listed on the right-hand side and you will have to tap on the specific account in order to either change its settings, or remove it (even if you have just a single account, you may have to tap on it in order to access the other settings for the account). If you’re wondering where is the remove account option, it appears at the top of your screen:
This is how you can remove an account from your Android smart phone or tablet.
